Chamber Membership

The Vinalhaven Chamber of Commerce is an active group of about fifty business people whose mission is "to preserve our island way of life, and to promote economic vitality."

Levels of Membership

The Chamber offers two levels of membership, Full and Associate.

   Both levels offer the following benefits:

Inclusion in the Vinalhaven Chamber of Commerce Visitor's Brochure, free advertising on the Vinalhaven Ferry Board, discounted rates for the Rockland ferry board, and an online profile page** on the Chamber website. The membership year runs from July 1 - June 30.

   Full Membership - annual dues are $75.00. These members have full voting rights. If you own more than one business, and the additional business is a different type than the first, your second membership is $37.50.

   Associate Membership - annual dues are $30.00. This level of membership is for those individuals and non-profit groups that have an interest in the objectives of the Chamber. Associate members do not have voting rights.

**Associate Members shall have all of the privileges of Full Members except the right to maintain a presence beyond a two line listing, on the Chamber website, and except the right to vote.
