SALT is a casual year-round restaurant serving finely-crafted dinners and a Sunday Brunch. We use seasonal ingredients from Vinalhaven and North Haven’s farms and waters, as well as from central and coastal Maine. Our dishes, breads, and ice creams and desserts are made from scratch, and we have a full bar, and a selection of fine wines and craft beers. SALT is in the historic 19th Century apothecary. Off-season dinners are served Friday and Saturday evenings, and during peak season we’re open Wednesday through Sunday evenings. The Sunday Brunch is served year-round.
