Kris is a seventh-generation islander of Vinalhaven, Lisa has been a resident of North Haven for over 40 years and Alex, the newest member of the team, is an eighth- generation islander of Vinalhaven. All women have diverse professional and volunteer experiences focusing on island education, the arts, community services, elderly housing, and medical needs. With 41 years on the island, and over 25 years in real estate, his experience has been, and is invaluable to buyers, and sellers. Adding to this background have been even more years involved in, "hands on," renovation, and historic restoration projects, one being his own 1830 office building pictured above on Main Street in the village. Also, George is goodnatured so you can call him late, late at night, or early in the morning.

Lincolnville Real Estate on Vinalhaven and North Haven. Elin Elisofon is an Associate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She represents buyers and sellers, consults on conservation projects and works with families to meet their long term real estate objectives.

Elin has lived on Vinalhaven since she was a young child, attended classes on North Haven and has family ties on Islesboro. Her extensive knowledge and connection to these island communities enhances her ability to assist current and prospective owners.

Elin has extensive experience in land preservation which she gained while serving from the earliest days on the boards of two accredited land trusts, including the Vinalhaven Land Trust. She can assist in planning for long term preservation of natural resources, including agricultural lands and wildlife habitats as well as historic places and uses.

Elin serves on various town committees including the Downtown Committee, Housing Committee and Planning Commission. She is a founder and past president of Vinalhaven Eldercare Services an organization which provides care and support for elders who can no longer live on their own. These services enable elders to remain on the island throughout their lives where they continue to play an important role in their family and community.

 Wesley Reed has been in the realty business for 35 years. He has an MFA in sculpture  design along with a wealth of experience building homes completely from the group up. Wes also enjoys creating granite sculptures which he has made into a business on Vinalhaven. He is also a volunteer fire fighter. He is a collector of antiques and experienced in restoration of historic homes.

Ashley Davis- Oakes was born and raised on Vinalhaven and spent her youth exploring all of Vinalhaven’s beautiful hiking trails and swimming in the granite quarries, along with working on a lobstering boat and with her community. She is also the owner and operator of Calm Seas Theraptuic Massage and a owner of an island apartment building.

 Wanda Davis- Oakes has lived on Vinalhaven for 25 years where she has raised her children and experienced all the beauty Vinalhaven has to offer. Wanda has a MS in Psychology. She has worked in the lobstering industry as well as in the education field.
